There is something for everyone in motor sport coming up including a number of attractions over this June long weekend.
On Sunday at Waikerie Sunline Speedway will conduct its final meeting of the season with gates opening at 10am and racing from noon.
Admission is $20 adults, $15 concession and $40 for a family ticket.
The feature event on the programme will be the Steve Butcher Memorial for Street Stocks with six other classes in support.
Modified Sedans will have their championship, there will be Super Sedans, AMCAS, Junior Sedans, Formula 500`s and Lightning Sprints.
Local driver Rhys Heinrich will be looking to go back to back in the Steve Butcher Memorial.
The annual Sponsors Evening will follow the racing program. 
A number of Riverland cars and bikes will be off to two major events this weekend, the 38th running of the Finke Desert Race in the Northern Territory and the 40th anniversary Sea Lake Mallee Rally in Victoria.
With the Finke event back as a round of the Australian Off Road championship some 100 cars and 450 bikes will tackle the Alice Springs to Finke and return journey with an estimated 12,000 spectators lining the torturous track to cheer them on.
Back to defend their overall title will be 2011-12 Riverland Sportsperson of the Year Renmark`s Brad Gallard and his navigator Scott Modistach in their USA Geiser Bros. Trophy Truck.
Joining them in the Extreme 2WD Class in another Trophy Truck will be Renmark`s Geoff and Liz Roe.
Also glancing through the list of bike entries Riverland riders will include Chad Billett (Morgan), Rohan Irlam (Renmark), Merv Francis and Hayden Wall (Loxton).
Meanwhile other members of the Waikerie / Riverland Off Road Club will be at Sea Lake amongst about 130 cars. Recent rains have apparently left the track in great condition for the Prologue and Dash For Cash on  Saturday and the four laps of the famous Lake Tyrrell track in the main event on Sunday.
Amongst the entries are Riverlanders Carl Haby, Lindsay Foster, Aaron Haby and in the Extreme 2WD Class John And David Schultz. 
The annual two day event involving the Loxton and Renmark Clubs will be held this weekend but in reverse order to previous years.
212 karts will start the back to back event at Loxton on Saturday with the action transferring to Renmark on Sunday.
An attraction for the two days will be the appearance of leading sprint car driver Luke Dillon.
The 2013 Riverland All Cars Day is set down for Saturday and Sunday 29th and 30th June.
Vehicles involved include Hot Rods, Classic Cars (standard and modified), Performance, Vintage, Street Machines, Sports Cars, Contemporary Cars, and Motor Sport Cars.
Saturday is a ‘Meet and Greet’ Day at the Barmera Soccer Club that will include an optional mini cruise. Meals will be available.
Then on Sunday on Bruce Oval, Barmera, the day ,11am to 3pm, will feature a ‘Show’n Shine’, cars on display and Box Car Drag Racing. Admission to the oval is $2 adult and $1 children.
