Murrayville          23-13 (151)     defeated Lameroo          16-13 (109)
This was an important outing for Lameroo with it not being comfortable occupying fifth ranking on the ladder and the young side looked well on the way to victory when it was 35 points up at half time. However Murrayville responded with some vintage Drew Crane (8 goals) and five more from the side`s best player on the day, Seb Moroney , seeing it a point in front at the last change before going on to a comfortable win. Thomas Bailey also performed strongly for the Victorians while for Lameroo Ben Grieger was again in sensational form and Matt Ridgway and Shaun Walker gave strong support.
BDT          22-10 (142)           defeated           Peake          12-6 (78).
And another one bites the dust. BDT keeps putting possible threats aside with ease and this time it was Peake that could not cope with the depth of talent the Crows possess including the super consistent Josh Richardson with 8 goals, Josh Keller and Braden Kennett and many, many more. For Peake Trevor Rigney with 6 goals was outstanding while Bryce Jaensch and Sam Paterson also played strongly.
Karoonda          22-12 (144)          defeated          Pinnaroo          14-11 (95).
The Magpies ran into a competitive Pinnaroo but were never really threatened as Jarred Graetz, Ben Quinn, Danny Walker and, with 7 goals, Corey Knight reigned supreme.
For Pinnaroo Bradley Sheridan, veteran Heath Boseley, who simply does not know how to play a bad game, and Tyrone Bennetts gave their all. Karoonda according to people in the know may still have some upside as the components of the side it has assembled in 2013 gradually mould together.
THIS SATURDAY BDT is at home to Pinnaroo, Lameroo hosts Karoonda and Murrayville is at home against Peake.
