Former Loxton High School student and volleyballer Hamish Moore has won the 2015 Ray Harris Award as the Best and Fairest Player in the Indoor Premier League competition in Adelaide.

Hamish, who now plays for Henley Hawks, fifth this season, travelled overseas with the Australian Under 23 team last year and also took part in the World Tour.

Making his success in the Ray Harris win even more meritorious was the fact that he reduced his involvement in the sport during the year as he completes his medical studies.

He has also been involved at the SA Institute of Sport with Beach Volleyball.
